READY is seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to fill the position of Customer Success Associate. READY Robotics is revolutionizing robotic automation for manufacturing.  Traditional industrial robots are difficult to program and integrate, making them very time-consuming and costly to deploy.  READY’s technology removes these barriers by creating an easy-to-use system with a plug-and-play architecture capable of being programmed in a matter of hours.  

As a Customer Success Associate, you will work closely with the Company's customers and partners to ensure they succeed in using READY products. You will develop a variety of materials, including technical documentation, training guides. 

The ideal candidate is excited about manufacturing, logistics, robotics, is detail-oriented, and is motivated to ensure that READY Robotics is delivering the best product possible.

Responsibilities

  • Develop training materials for Company products
  • Work with customers to solve challenges
  • Gather and summarize customer feedback

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to write clearly and concisely
  • Ability to create CAD drawings
  • Ability to understand complex technical documentation

Beneficial qualifications

  • Degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field
  • Experience with robotics and mechatronic systems
  • Experience with DITA and CAD software
  • Experience working at a VC-backed startup company
